“I feel stuck”
I hear this phrase from individuals and leaders in all sorts of paths in life – both inside the church and outside. And feeling stuck is an incredible disempowering feeling because often, we don’t see a way to get ourselves free.
And that’s where coaching comes in.
When I work with individual and organizations in coaching, my goal is simple: Get people moving again. Get them unstuck from unhealthy patterns in life, business or ministry and get them moving again. Shaped by my experiences in the business world and ministry world I love to help leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations as they discern their next steps and start moving in healthy directions.
In a coaching role, I am not consulting or doing therapy. There are great people who do that kind of work but that’s not what coaching is. Coaching is a commitment to guiding you or your organization through a process of determining what your next step is and how best to get there. It’s not about telling you what to do or helping you deal with what has already happened. It is a “future-focused” process that will move you ahead and get you unstuck.
In my coaching work I am available to work one-on-one with individuals as well as organizations. Whether you’re an established organization or leader looking for your next step or just starting out, coaching can be a valuable process toward getting you or your team moving again.
While coaching is, by and large, independent of specific fields, I am most comfortable and adept at working with the following individuals and organizations: Pastors, Youth and Children’s Ministry Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Non-Profits organizations, new businesses, Church boards, and Youth and Children’s Ministry Teams.
